UN141-42 – 1965 Intl Telecommunications Centenary

The International Telecommunication Union (I.T.U.) establishes regulations on the international use of telegraph, telephone, radio, and satellite communication services.  I.T.U. developed from the International Telegraph Union, established in 1865.  The I.T.U. has headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
