* Back-of-the-book material:  quite a few mint semi-postals, including #B44 Statue of Liberty with surtax aiding political refugees; four 1946 mint stamps issued in Libya under French Occupation for use in Fezzan-Ghadames; N25-26 mint German Occupation stamps surcharged for use in France during WWI.
